Moondog
Moondog realizing that he is nowhere near as graceful as Yoriko, takes the time to climb down and drop into the sand.
He then slips his pistol out of his ankle holster.
[This is a move action-- The pulling of the gun used his second move action]

The three figures act next. As they move from their initial places you can see that they are garbed in dark slacks, and black long-sleeved shirts. Dark ski masks hide their faces.
The guy next to Yoriko swings his baton at her. The other baton-wielding thug rushes towards Moondog before he can bring his pistol to bear. The third figure takes time to line up a shot at Russell with his pistol to fire UP through the boardwalk.
The first attacker swings at Yoriko, but she easily anticipated it and slipped out of the way. The second thug strikes Moondog in his side [-2 HP]-- Moondog lets out a low growl. The shot from the gun is muffled due to the silencer, but it doesn't mask the sound of splitting wood as the bullet passes through the rotted planks. The bullet whizzes inches away from Russell's face.
Brandon hears shouting and turns to see Harmon running towards you from the other end of the boardwalk. He shouts, "It's a trap! Someone from Department-7 set us--" Harmon's voice is cut off by a muffled pop; then he crumbles to the floor.
By now you can see how the game progression is supposed to go-- During battle you the players will eb told how many hitpoints you lose do to injury, and are expected to keep a record of it for yourself. I too intend to keep track of your stats, so between the two of us we'll know exactly what is going on!
